MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) water pipe has a much higher pressure rating and suitable for deep installations or for higher pressure systems.
The pipe is rated at an operating pressure of 16 bar.
This is more than adequate for most installations MDPE pipe can only be used with compression fittings.
